Our Promise

At Living the Jesus Way, every product is made to order with care and purpose.
Because each piece is custom created just for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges — but if there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.


Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ltjw.store.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo showing the issue

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Returns for Other Reasons

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Change of mind

Please check our size guides carefully before ordering — we want you to love the fit and feel of your items.


Order Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at support@ltjw.store.
We’ll confirm shipping details and help track or replace your order if it was lost in transit.


Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase, so we’re unable to cancel once production has started.
If you contact us within a few hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to intercept it.


Refunds

Once a refund is approved (for a damaged or defective product), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
